TITLE:   Receptionist /Secretary



  • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
  • Collect, screen, and deliver mail of the bank to recipient.
  • Manage to transmit messages on time.
  • Type correspondence, reports, memos and other outgoing letters as requested by Administration Department
  • File correspondence of the Bank, reports, publications, legal notes, etc.
  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
  • Maintain database for follow-up of pending issues.



  • Bachelor degree
  • 1 year experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, power point)
  • Fluency in English language, including verbal and written communication skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to produce work effectively and efficiently
