For the money transfers visit your branch or perform it online.
The transfers are performed in case there are existing open accounts in the Bank, except:
- budget transfers,
- transfers via credit codes,
- communal payments.
Please read Byblos Bank Armenia CJSC (hereinafter the Bank) Terms and Conditions for opening and operation of bank accounts, which regulate relationships between the Bank and the Customer regarding opening and operation of bank accounts, issuance and usage of payment cards, deposits as well as other services the Bank may provide to the Customer. These Terms and Conditions shall apply on the bank accounts, deposits and payment cards of the Customer. For the services the Customer should visit the Bank, provide requested information and confirm in a written manner the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of opening and operation of bank account. The hard copy of the Terms and Conditions will be provided to the Customer at the request of the latter.
Attention
The Bank reserves the right to decline opening of a bank account or provision of any other services based on the nature, content and credibility of the provided information and/or any other circumstances the Bank might find material.

* Transfers are performed till the end of the next operating day after the acceptance of the payment order.
** Transfers will be executed within the same day if presented to Bank till 15:00 (for AMD). Transfers accepted later are executed during the next working day.
*** Are accepted until 15:30 in AMD and until 16:30 in USD and EUR.
**** Transfers in USD and EUR are executed within the next working day.
***** Transfers will be executed within the same day, if presented to Bank till 14:00 (for RUR). Transfers accepted later are executed during the next working day.
****** Transfers to budget without opening an account are performed in branches exclusively by individuals by presenting a passport and the account to which the transfer should be done. The maximum period of a transfer is one banking day. Errors are corrected on the day of the transfer if the error is identified by the client before its final approval.

* Utility payments are performed in the branches without account-opening by the consumer or a third party, presenting the necessary details for the identification of the consumer: for the Gas – name, surname, address, telephone number, number of counters (any of the data), for Electricity - name, or address, or phone number, or electricity code, for Vivacell – the number, for which the payment is done, for Beeline- mobile number (for mobile invoice) and landline phone number (for landline invoice), for Yerevan water - name, or address, or code, or landline phone number, for Lori water - name, or address, or code, or landline phone number. The maximum period of a transfer is one banking day. The correction of errors is done based on the written application within 10 days in accordance with the procedure of the examination of client complaints.
