Please read Byblos Bank Armenia CJSC (hereinafter the Bank) Terms and Conditions for opening and operation of bank accounts, which regulate relationships between the Bank and the Customer regarding opening and operation of bank accounts, issuance and usage of payment cards, deposits as well as other services the Bank may provide to the Customer. These Terms and Conditions shall apply on the bank accounts, deposits and payment cards of the Customer. For the services, the Customer should visit the Bank, provide requested information and confirm in a written manner the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of opening and operation of a bank account. The hard copy of the Terms and Conditions will be provided to the Customer at the request of the latter.

The Bank reserves the right to decline opening of a bank account or provision of any other services based on the nature, content and credibility of the provided information and/or any other circumstances the Bank might find material.
