Byblos Mobile is available to customers of the Bank. The app provides safe and secure access to a number of banking services at any moment and allows you to perform various transactions, such as:

• Making utility, state and other payments
• Checking the balance and status of your accounts and loans
• Opening a deposit account and adding new funds to it
• Making money transfers
• Viewing exchange rates and making foreign exchange transactions

Byblos Bank Armenia provides Housing, Personal, Student, Travel and Auto Loans. Residents of the Republic of Armenia aged 21-63 (throughout the validity of the loan contract) can apply for a loan. The Diaspora Housing Loan is an exception: it is intended for non-residents.

In the event of card loss (theft) or suspicion of fraud it is necessary to immediately block the card:

• Through Online Banking/the Byblos Mobile app
• Through the USSD service or the ArCa payment system (cabinet.arca.am or mobileapplication),
• By visiting one of the branches of the Bank (on weekdays from 9:30am to 5:00pm),
• By calling the Bank at +374 60 61 61 00 (on weekdays from 9:00am to 6:00pm) or the ArCa Processing Center at +374 10 59 22 22 (24/7).

Afterwards, you can ask the Bank in writing to have the card reissued or cancel it.

In Byblos Bank Armenia, you can fix term and cumulative deposits for up to 24 months, with the possibility of collecting interest at the time of depositing the funds or upon maturity, as well as with the possibility of replenishing the deposit account.
