Dividends are distributed to the shareholders exclusively on the basis of annual results. The decision about the payment of dividends and their volume is taken on the basis of the performance of the previous year’s business plan, existing and forecast liquidity level, the plans for at least the upcoming year and financial resources, required to implement them. The dividend policy of the bank is built on the principle of matching the interests of shareholders and the possibility of sustainable development of the bank.
