Byblos Bank Armenia, continuing its tradition, participated in the Career City Fest, the festival of best employers.

This year, the Bank sponsored one of the event’s most valuable and educational platforms, the “Gen-Z” session within the Growth Zone.

Over the course of two days, the Growth Zone hosted thematic seminars and discussions, offering visitors free access to professional orientation sessions, training, and skills development talks.

Among the featured speakers was Ani Karapetyan, Head of Human Resources Management at Byblos Bank Armenia, who delivered a talk titled “AI Does Not Take Away Work: It Changes Thinking.” In her discussion, she explored the impact of artificial intelligence and the prospects for sustainable growth, speaking candidly about how AI is reshaping our mindset. She emphasized that the concept of “replaceability” is not about jobs themselves, but rather about individual approach and continuous development.
